Ms. Tuyikunde Joyeuse is a Trainee Advocate at Stabit Advocates Rwanda, a Law Graduate from INES Ruhengeri currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD), Rwanda. She is a disciplined, detail-oriented, and passionate young legal professional with growing experience in litigation support, legal drafting, court administration, corporate compliance, and alternative dispute resolution.
She has acquired hands-on practical experience through internships and professional engagements at the Intermediate Court of Rubavu, K-TRUE Law Firm, and under the mentorship of Advocate Me Oswald Habyarimana. During this time, she actively participated in legal research, preparation of pleadings and submissions, case management, contract drafting, corporate legal consultancy, and courtroom observation. Her exposure also includes intellectual property matters particularly trademark registration procedures with the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and legal audits focusing on compliance with Rwandan labour and corporate laws.
At the Intermediate Court of Rubavu, she served as a Court Clerk Assistant (Umwanditsi), supporting judges, lawyers, and court staff in case registration, preparation of hearing minutes, drafting of judicial documents, and organization of case files, while strictly observing professional ethics and confidentiality. Her contribution enhanced workflow efficiency and accuracy in court documentation.
At K-TRUE Law Firm, she further strengthened her professional competence by assisting in contract drafting, lease agreements, corporate consultancy, human resource compliance, financial legal audits, and alternative dispute resolution discussions. She contributed to notable.
